The main September Card Kit has this darling autumn themed stamp set with the sweetest squirrel images. I love watching the squirrels run through my yard, and my neighbors even feeds them peanuts 😁
What book do we think this little knowledgeable squirrel is reading on his tree stump?
I'm also sharing a card from the lovely Pick of the Patch set, which is the September Stamp and Cut of the month.
I was going for a pastel autumn vibe, so I used lighter colors on my pumpkins and gourds. Each image is double stamped: first with a lighter shade, and then I inked just the edges of the stamp in a darker shade. I love how it makes the images look more dimensional. I also heat embossed each image in my favorite powder, Brass.
I paired this month's stamp and cut with some Hero Arts classics, the Wood Frame Infinity Dies and the Woodgrain Texture plate. These two staples will be seen on repeat for my autumn cards this year!
Thanks for stopping by and make sure to leave a comment for a chance to win!
