When it comes to autumn-themed projects, we often gravitate towards fall leaves and a brown, red, orange color combo. The new I Pick You collection from Hero Arts has reinvented autumn with beautiful apple themed products.
I actually have three cards to share today that mix and match parts from this collection. I couldn't stop playing - it is such a pretty set! My first card features the Apple Branch stamp and dies. I colored the apples and leaves with my Copic markers, and did my best to mimic of a Honeycrisp apple color. I've been attached to the woodgrain textures lately, so I have backed this gorgeous stamp on a piece of Arctic cardstock with the Woodgrain Texture Die.
The star of this collection is the Apple Frame Layering Stencils with the matching dies. This second card focuses on just the dies, but you will absolutely want the bundle with this set. I die cut the apples and leaves from colored cardstock and lightly ink blended the edges to give some depth. The lovely sentiment on all of my cards today is from the You're Golden stamp set.
This card is why you need the layering stencils AND the die set! I love all of the color combinations I've seen from other design team members. The top layer of the apples is also perfect for glitter paste!!
