12 Days of Holiday Projects #3

Art Journal!!!

Welcome back to day 3 of our 12 Days of Holiday Projects! Several bloggers and I (with the amazing Donna Bowman!) decided to post one holiday project a day for 12 days - just for fun. Be sure to check out the other crafty ladies and leave comments when something inspires you!

Today I'm sharing a Christmas art journal page I made. I wasn't feeling crafty at all, and the last thing I wanted to make was another card. So then I turn to the journal and all is ok :)

The santa image is from a funky vintage card set my in-laws got for me. The white sentiments "Santa Baby" and "Jingle all the Way" are cut out from the latest Tiffany & Co catalog.

The background is Dylusions spray inks, white paint, red paint, stamps from The Crafts Meow and Unity Stamps.

The wish list was cut from a Recollection's pattern paper. I added the most expensive items I could think of :) Washi tape is Recollections and Martha Stewart.

And be sure to check out all the other amazing projects for day 3!

  1. Hahaha, "island." Your list is cracking me up.

Just wanted to drop you a note and say thanks for the cute tags and cards you sent me for the gift swap! They're so cute! I'll be sending pictures to Kristen so she can add them to her recap. :-)
