We've All Got Baggage

 Welcome back! I'm very honored to have been invited to create with the newest Spellbinders collection by Sheri Ballantyne called We All Have Baggage. 

From Spellbinders: This wonderful We All Have Baggage Collection by Sheri Ballantyne is a gentle reminder that everyone carries something (challenges, burdens and obstacles). In the crafting community, there is a power of lifting each other up through handmade creations to brightening up someone’s day or to offering support and encouragement. The baggage we have is so much lighter when we carry it together.

I instantly fell in love with this vintage suitcase and knew I wanted to work with this set. For whatever reason, vintage suitcases always give me Royal Tenenbaums vibes so this was a no-brainer (great movie). This set is called Retro Suitcase and Sentiments Stamp & Die Set.

Obviously, my suitcase needed to be teal at the core. I also inked up my brown "leather" to give it a more weathered look, and the "brass" accents are from metallic gold paper. All cardstocks used are from the beautiful ColorWheel Collection.
