Happy Camper

March is the month of green, green, and more green! I keep forgetting St. Patrick's Day is just around the corner... doesn't seem right to have all these spring holidays when there's snow on the ground and freezing temps!

I'm joining in the Newton's Nook Inky Paws challenge to go green. I used the sweet bear from Newton's Nook "Campfire Tails" and the sentiment is from Avery Elle "Happy Camper".

Unfortunately I got some white mist on my bear (clearly the mist should have gone on the card before the bear) so it looks like he has some extra strong sunscreen. Live and learn! I wanted to color him an army green combo, but also wanted it to be bright and more cheerful than a typical camo color.

The army green Copic color combo I used is: YG03, G24, YG95
The golden brown trim Copic combo: YR24, E23, E37
Bear copic color combo: E31, E55, E23 + E23, E25, E39

Papers are from Lawn Fawn "into the woods" collection.

Happy Hump Day!
