Gettin Cozy with Lawn Fawn

Do you have a World Card Making Day hangover? Apparently I just can't stop, I had to make something with my cute Lawn Fawn stamps for their WCMD challenge...

All you have to do is play along for WCMD using a Lawn Fawn set of your choice, and any theme! I created a silly little scene...

Do ya get it? The two little hot chocolate mugs are diggin' on each other, and the girl wants to get cozy by the happy camp fire, but of course the boy takes everything the wrong way (!) and maybe gets a little too excited/optimistic about his girl's request. Typical.

The sets of Lawn Fawn stamps used are Cozy Christmas and Critters in the Forest. These stamps are some of my favorite for coloring and shading, there is enough open space between the stamps that you really have the freedom to personalize it how you want! All pieces of the card were stamped with black ink, shaded using water color pencils (heart times a milli), and cut out by hand, then glued onto this little scene.  The card was distressed brown on the bottom (dirt on the ground) and light blue on the top (the sky!)

Thanks for enjoying my silly, innuendo-filled card.
