Love - mini canvas

I know the Super Bowl is tomorrow, but you can't forget about making all those Valentine cards and gifts! I have an easier-than-it-looks Love Canvas perfect for the upcoming holiday.

The best part about this canvas is that I used a FREE cut file from Paper Issues to easily cut all of the hearts and the 'Love' sentiment. Here's the cut file, and make sure to visit this link to download yours!

I started with a 6x6 canvas and glued all of my hearts with matte medium. The hearts were cut on my Silhouette Cameo with textured corrugate paper from DCWV.

I painted the canvas with a variety of Dina Wakley heavy body acrylics to create a sunset feel. I used Magenta, Ruby, Tangerine, Lemon, and White.

The 'Love' was cut with watercolor paper, and I painted it with Dina's Night acrylic paint.

Finally I just added some wood veneers hearts (also painted in Night) and a Lawn Fawn twine tied around the bottom. Done! Quick and easy.

Have fun with the gorgeous cut file! Remember you can get 20% off your entire order at Paper Issues using the code rwkrafts at checkout!
