Beautiful Autumn Layering Stencil - 2 Ways

 I took a one day detour from my Halloween/Autumn posting to share the Stamptember Hero Arts Collab on Saturday but now I'm back with more... Autumn!

The Hero Studio releases keep getting better and better, especially with the gorgeous layering stencils. This month's stencil can create a lovely autumn forest. You know it's difficult for me to go "traditional" so I created this card with the interesting color combos of Splash, Creamsicle, and Berry Smoothie (this last color added on very very lightly).

The roots of trees are done in Black Hero Wax. I finished off the card with the sentiment from the September Stamp and Cut, heat embossed in Black Powder, and then some orange enamel dots which were included in the main card kit this month.

And another! To me... this is a traditional autumn color palette :) I just swapped the Splash blue with the Pink Grapefruit ink color but everything else is the same. On this card I also bordered the sentiment with some gourds from the Stamp and Cut set.
