3 ATCs + Video with Stampotique

Welcome back to a new Stampotique Originals challenge! The current challenge over at the group facebook page is PETS! This is something I can get behind :)

I used a favorite of my older Stampotique stamps that's called "Smitten Moustache Monsters". Even though I've owned it for a while I've never inked it up, so this Pets challenge was perfect.

As you can see, the ATCs go together and use almost all of the same supplies. Each of the monsters are colored using the same colored pencils as well (I used Faber Castell Polychromos Pencils).

I used text from an old Brownie scouts book from the 1950's for the base of the background. The main paint colors are Dina Wakley's "Marine", "Turquoise", and Paper Artsy's "Bougainvillea." The metal accents were painted with Distress Paint "Cracked Pistachio."

I have a process video for you to see them all come to life! Enjoy!

George's Birthday Tag using Batboy + Video

Welcome Back to another Stampotique challenge! The challenge for the next two weeks is to use black and white people stamps... this means you don't color them in. I cheated a little bit and colored in Batboy's hat, but that's it I promise!

As always, you can join the Stanpotique Originals challenges over at their facebook page.

I created this tag for George's 3rd birthday, which is why I added the big number 3 and Batboy was the perfect birthday boy addition. I had fun making the messy background. You can see how I did it all in my youtube process video. Thank you for watching!
